WHAT IS CBD?

HOW TO USE CBD
To use our CBD oil sublingually, place 2-3 drops underneath your tongue and hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. (If you swallow too quickly, your stomach acids may break down the oil before it’s taken full effect!)
If you’d prefer to take our CBD oil orally, why not add the same amount to a smoothie or health drink before consuming? Bottoms up!
You can also apply CBD oil to your skin in place of a serum or moisturiser. Many beauty brands have recently jumped on-board the cannabis oil trend, labelling it a must-have skincare ingredient due to its hydrating properties.

WHICH STRENGTH SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Choosing the strength of your CBD oil comes down to your own personal preference. If you’re unsure, we’d recommend trying out a lower quantity first, and then gradually increasing the strength over time if you need to.
Our CBD oil is available in 10ML bottles in five different strengths: 300mg, 400mg, 500mg, 1000mg or 1500mg.
