As a valued customer who has purchased vaping products from us, we wanted to get your opinion on new flavour options to add to the range. Your feedback will help us to continue innovating and improving our most popular products based on what our customer enjoy. Flavours Survey – May 2024 (Survey 1)
Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Vsavi and their immediate families, or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
Entry: Entries for this competition will be from completing a Flavours survey or, found from an e-mail invite survey link or the Survey page:
- Visit - https://vsavi.co.uk/
- Browse through the available products.
- Select the product(s) they would purchase if they win the £50 voucher prize.
- Fill out the entry form on the competition page, providing their name, email address, and contact information.
Competition Period: The competition opens at 3pm on Tuesday 15th May 2024 and closes at 3pm on Friday 24th May 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered. Prize draw will take place at 11am on Monday 31st May 2024 and the winner notified by e-mail.
Prize: The prize consists of one (1) £50 voucher to spend on any products available on https://vsavi.co.uk/. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual. The winner is responsible for any additional costs beyond the value of the voucher.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted within seven (7) days of the competition closing date. The winner will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, an alternative winner may be selected.
Verification: To claim the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of age and residency. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to their name and entry being used by Vsavi for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, press releases, and website content.
Data Protection: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition or marketing / campaign-based communications from Vsavi and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Changes to Terms: Vsavi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be notified on the our website.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
