If your Argus has started tasting a bit burnt or you've noticed a spot of e-liquid escaping around the top, it isn't the device that's at fault, it's the pod. The little coil built inside each cartridge wears out over time, and the fix is simply a fresh one. This is the genuine Voopoo Argus Top Fill Replacement Pod, the same cartridge fitted as standard on the current Argus range, with a magnetic click-in fit and a top-opening fill port so you can top up without wrestling the pod out of the device.
We stock the standard 0.4 Ohm, 0.7 Ohm and 1.0 Ohm resistances, plus the newer V2 cartridge in the same three options for the latest Argus devices. Each pack comes with three pods, so you'll always have a spare ready to go rather than being caught out mid-week with a device that won't hit properly.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT
These are single-pod measurements, based on the standard Argus cartridge shape used across the compatible devices. The pod stays the same size no matter which Argus device you're fitting it into.
Per pod:
- Metric: approximately 3.3cm (H) x 2.5cm (W) x 1.3cm (D), 7.3g
- Imperial: approximately 1.3in (H) x 1.0in (W) x 0.5in (D), 0.26oz
Per pack of 3:
- Metric: approximately 22g
- Imperial: approximately 0.05lb / 0.78oz
COMPATIBILITY GUIDE
This top fill pod fits the current Argus top fill devices, including:
- Voopoo Argus G2
- Voopoo Argus A
- Voopoo Argus Z (top fill variants)
- Voopoo Argus G3 and G3 Mini
- Voopoo Argus P2 and P3
The V2 cartridge, brought in alongside the Argus G3, also fits back onto the original Argus and Argus top fill devices, so picking V2 doesn't lock you out of an older device you might already own.
Not compatible with: the older side-fill Argus pod (0.7 Ohm / 1.2 Ohm), used on the very first Argus Pod and Argus P1. If yours has a hidden rubber plug on the side rather than an opening on top, you'll want our Voopoo Argus Replacement Pods (2ml) instead.

COIL / POD RESISTANCE GUIDE
- 1.0 Ohm: the tightest draw on offer, and the closest to how a cigarette feels. A good fit if you're used to a higher-strength nic salt and want a controlled, restricted pull.
- 0.7 Ohm: the most popular choice and the one most Argus kits ship with. A slightly looser draw with a nice balance between flavour and vapour.
- 0.4 Ohm: a warmer, looser draw with more vapour. Best paired with a 50/50 e-liquid or nic salt rather than a thick, high-VG juice, since the Argus pod isn't built for sub-ohm clouds.
- V2 versions: the same three resistances, built on Voopoo's newer Mega-Core coil and Liquid-Seal Shield leak protection, aimed at holding its flavour and staying leak-free for longer.
USAGE ADVICE
Give a new pod a couple of minutes of care before you start vaping properly. Drip a couple of drops of e-liquid straight onto the coil through the fill opening, then leave it for about five minutes so it soaks in fully before filling the tank the rest of the way. Skipping this is the number one reason a fresh pod tastes burnt on the first puff, and it's an easy step to miss when you're keen to get vaping again.
When you fill, lift or twist open the top bung and pour slowly down the inside edge of the pod rather than straight into the middle, which helps stop air pockets that cause gurgling. Stop just below the fill line and press the bung firmly closed, as a bung that isn't fully seated is the most common cause of a top fill pod leaking.
Leave it to settle for a minute before your first draw, and keep the wattage on the lower side for the first few puffs on any new coil.
RECOMMENDED E-LIQUIDS
Nic salts are the best match for the Argus pod, since the resistance range here is built for a smooth, lower-power draw rather than big sub-ohm clouds.
- Vsavi's own Nic Salts - our house range in Smooth Tobacco, Strawberry Milk, Juicy Lemonade and more, well suited to the 0.7 Ohm and 1.0 Ohm pods
- Hangsen Bar Fuel Nic Salts - 17 flavours in 10mg or 20mg, a comfortable match with the 0.4 Ohm pod for a slightly warmer vape
- IVG Nic Salt 10ml E-Liquids - smooth on the inhale and exhale, a good option if you're moving up from a lower strength
- Doozy Vape Nic Salt Collection - Tropix, Seriously Salty, Doozy Salts and Temptations, a wide flavour spread for the 0.7 Ohm pod
- Vaporesso Deliciu Nic Salts - a newer, well-balanced 50/50 range with some unusual flavour combinations

FAQs
Are these genuine Voopoo pods? Yes, we stock genuine Voopoo Argus Top Fill Replacement Pods, not third-party copies.
Which Argus devices will these pods work with? They fit the Argus G2, Argus A, Argus Z (top fill version), Argus G3, Argus G3 Mini, Argus P2 and Argus P3. They won't fit the original Argus Pod or Argus P1, which use the older Voopoo Argus Replacement Pods instead.
What's different about the V2 version? V2 is Voopoo's newer take on the same pod, brought in with the Argus G3. It uses a Mega-Core coil and Liquid-Seal Shield leak protection to help it stay leak-free and keep its flavour for longer, while still being 2ml, magnetic and top fill like the standard version.
I'm not sure which resistance my device needs, how do I check? Look at what's printed on the pod you're currently using, or check your device's manual. Most Argus kits are set up with a 0.7 Ohm pod out of the box.
How long will one pod last me? Around two weeks of everyday vaping is typical, though it depends on how much you vape and which e-liquid you use. Very sweet flavours tend to wear the coil out faster.
Can I put a thicker, high-VG e-liquid in this pod? It's best avoided. This pod is built for 50/50 e-liquid and nic salts, and a thicker juice can struggle to soak into the wick properly, which leads to a dry, unpleasant taste.
My pod is leaking e-liquid from the top, what's gone wrong? Almost always it's the top bung not clicking fully shut after a refill, or filling it slightly too full. Check the bung is properly seated and leave a small gap below the fill line next time.
Why does a brand new pod taste burnt straight away? The coil hasn't been given a chance to soak up any e-liquid yet. Add a few drops directly onto the coil through the fill opening and wait about five minutes before vaping properly.
Do I need to take the pod out of the device to top it up? No, that's the whole point of a top fill pod. You just open the top and fill it while it stays in the device.
Why is it only 2ml when I've seen bigger pods advertised? That's simply UK law. Refillable pods and tanks sold in this country are capped at 2ml by regulation, whatever size is sold in other countries.
I've just switched from a disposable, which resistance should I go for? The 0.7 Ohm pod is a comfortable place to start, paired with a 10mg or 20mg nic salt for a familiar feel.
Should I use nic salts or a freebase e-liquid in this pod? Nic salts are the better fit here, as they're designed to work well at the lower power this pod runs at, giving a smoother throat hit without needing high wattage.
How do I know the pod needs changing, even if it isn't leaking? If the flavour starts to fade or the draw feels a bit weaker or rattly, that's usually the sign after two to three weeks that the coil has come to the end of its life.
Can I order a mix of resistances in one go? Each pack contains one resistance, so if you'd like to try more than one, you'll need to add each pack separately.
