Shake well before opening. Using the pipette provided, apply the CBD oil directly beneath the tongue, and hold for at least 90 seconds until fully absorbed. This product is only intended to be taken sublingually (absorbed beneath the tongue).
Please Note: For the past few years, the Food Standards Agency (FSA), which regulates CBD novel food products, recommended in 2020 a daily maximum dosage of 70mg. This has since been revised and a new limit of 10mg CBD dosage per day for healthy adults has now been suggested.
